Conclusion

Whew, you made it! As an author who ironically reads slowly and has at least three half‐read books on the go, I am grateful that you have invested your irreplaceable time reading this far. I hope you now have a new lens on hiring and understand why I believe, no, know, that the actual obstacles to successful hiring are communication and collaboration.
