Let G = (V, E) be a graph with order n and size m. The ordinary energy of the graph is defined as the sum of the absolute values of the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix. In chemistry, the energy of a graph is used to approximate the total π −electron energy of a molecule. In this chapter we evaluate the degree sum energy of complete graph Kn, wheel graph Wn, star graph K1,n and Petersen graph P(5,2).
