So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1 Einführung
Das »Fotorecht« an sich gibt es nicht. Wenn man von »Fotorecht« spricht, meint man Themen wie: Wem gehört ein Bild eigentlich? Darf ein Bild genutzt werden? Was kann ich gegen eine Veröffentlichung tun, und gelten im Internet die gleichen Regeln wie sonst auch? Es ist also vielmehr eine Zusammenfassung verschiedenster Rechtsgebiete und Regelungen, die man bei der Nutzung von Bildern zu beachten hat. Aus diesem Grund haben wir dem Buch auch den Namen »Recht am Bild« gegeben.
