Appendix APraxis Studies

These praxis studies have been devised to guide the listener to experience, study, engage and develop listening skills and abilities to accurately hear recording elements and the various dimensions of records. The studies are designed to allow each topic to be thoroughly explored in a singular focus of attention; bringing a deeper understanding and higher level of listening acuity than would otherwise be possible. Praxis studies are intended to refine the reader/listener’s awareness of their own unique qualities of hearing, and their personal relationships to sound and to the act of listening.
