Nina Jones Morel is professor of education and dean of the College of Professional Studies at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she developed a competency-based online program and an International Coach Federation-accredited Performance Coaching graduate program. She is a professional coach and author of two books on coaching: How to Develop an Instructional Coaching Program for Maximum Capacity (Corwin 2012) and Learning from Coaching: How do I work with an instructional coach to grow as a teacher?
