The most profound experience in my professional life was when I came into contact with the practice, competencies, and profession of coaching. But, little did I know that my passion and understanding of coaching would lead me to many dynamic, innovative individuals who were seeking ways to develop competencies in adult students—chief among them Bruce Griffiths.
