Abstract
The present pandemic has made online learning the default mode of instruction, and with the COVID-19 shutdown continuing, India’s educational system is being rebooted to 4.0 with E-learning. Education 4.0 refers to a new type of education that is completely mediated by technology. Education 4.0 refers to a concept that uses technology-based tools and resources to push education in new directions. This means that students are no longer learning from teachers in traditional classrooms with textbooks, pens, and papers. Technology will be the most crucial intermediate in the teaching-learning process for at least the next two decades. Many teachers have found the shift from traditional to online teaching challenging, but it should be viewed as an opportunity to collaborate and use their collective creativity, skills, and knowledge to address specific challenges. Traditional or offline educational techniques will not become obsolete; but, following COVID-19, Blended Learning, which blends classroom and internet modes, will become the new standard for educational institutions.
