Chapter 5. Phase 3—Refactoring the Process

The next phase of the transition is the ongoing optimization of the process. With the feedback you are getting from fixed-length iterations, you can analyze the parts of your process that are going well and the parts that can be improved. In addition, you can begin to look for process innovations that will accomplish your requirements analysis and design goals within your fixed-length iterations.
