Appendix A contains the operative provisions of Federal law discussed in this book. First, the text of Title IV of the Jumpstart Our Business Start-Ups Act which requires changes to Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to mandate the reform of Regulation A. Then, the text of Section 3(b) as changed by Title IV. Finally, the new Regulation A+ itself, with changes to the Regulations mandated by Section 3(b) and further changes by the SEC under the regulatory authority to implement the same.
