Limitations and Business Line Considerations

Regulation A+ is designed to facilitate the capital-raising needs of a broad variety of businesses and industry types, but it’s not for all issuers or necessarily the best way to achieve all business objectives. You need to weigh a number of important considerations to determine if it is the optimum means of accomplishing your fundraising goals.
