Rule 3: Reputation will make or break a business

Think about the last time you went to a new restaurant for the first time. You might have been on holiday and trying out the local food, or it might have been a new restaurant in your home town that you were keen to check out. Either way, I know what you did before you went. You checked out the reviews, scores and recommendations on TripAdvisor or Yelp. You might even have had a look at the menu on one of those sites or the restaurant’s own website and begun to think about what you might eat when you get there.
