How Should You Be Organized to Deliver Key Ecosystem Capabilities?

Both of us own condominiums. As owners, we have the autonomy to remodel and use our units as our families wish. But our individual units are parts of condo associations. Each association sets guidelines and covenants about our personal units. For example, the rules prohibit pets and subletting (i.e., no Airbnb types of use) and require contractor approval for any work done on the condos.
