Abstract
This chapter aims to help the reader develop an understanding of the methodology behind reliability centered maintenance (RCM) analysis, including broad logistic support analysis, processes, and how the outcome contributes to effective maintenance management. In developing the maintenance plan, techniques of logistic support analysis (LSA) are used to determine the requirements to support a specified operational schedule or readiness profile. These requirements were established on the FMECA data derived from failure patterns and the criticality of effects.
