Maintenance Control and Management Optimization
Abstract
The objective of this chapter is to develop an understanding of the training, qualification, organization, occupational health, and safety management of the workforce of aircraft maintenance. The objective of this session is also to understand the processes of control of aircraft maintenance and development of a maintenance plan for an aircraft type, and how the outcomes contribute to effective management of fleet operations.
