In Chapter 15, we discussed IT value creation and described the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework that is increasingly being used to quantify and articulate IT value. We discussed the framework and ways it could be implemented, starting from a very simple process to a more complex one.
In this chapter, we will take the same basic view of IT value creation and TBM and provide a process for assessing where you are with articulating the value of IT.
