Properly Defininga Project’s Initiation

Before an initiative becomes a project, significant work has already been completed. The customer’s decision to justify its value over other initiatives indicates the initiatives have cleared a series of qualifying hurdles. The first is simply the decision to move forward with the project. This vetting process requires the resolve, passion, and determination of people in a business unit.
