It is the middle of March and the NCAA basketball tournament for both women and men are down to the Sweet Sixteen. As any of those who have watched (or endured) their favorite team advance (or not!) through the first two rounds of the tournament, the affective nature of groups is quite apparent. The teams themselves show the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat visibly on their faces and in their demeanor.
