Operational Technology and the Internet of Things
Operational Technology (OT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are not necessarily part of everyone’s portfolios. For the most part, specific industries will primarily leverage these types of technologies, such as manufacturing, power plants, water treatment facilities, and telecommunication companies. IoT will be an exception to an extent as many companies will most likely have some form of IoT within their organization today.
