We have thought about the way the world is going and the challenges that we face; and we have also considered how difficult it can be to face and manage them. We’ve talked about organisational resilience, focused on crisis and about the way that we as humans think and behave. It is easy for us to rely on support to help our thinking and action; and we do need tools to help us. But there is something else. If we were good at resilient thinking, then perhaps we wouldn’t be caught out so much; and we need to ensure that we add a little ‘sizzle’ to our capabilities.
