THE AUTHORS
KENNETH CLOKE, J.D., L.L.M., Ph.D., has been the director of the Center for Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica for thirty years and is a mediator, arbitrator, consultant, and trainer. He specializes in resolving complex multiparty conflicts, including organizational, workplace, and labor-management disputes; discrimination and sexual harassment complaints; marital, divorce, and family conflicts; and environmental and public policy issues. He is an internationally acclaimed speaker on conflict resolution and an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University School of Law, University of Amsterdam's ADR Institute, Saybrook University, and Southern Methodist University.
