Practice How to Contemplate
- Find a place that supports you to relax and settle in, free from distraction and noise. Let the space welcome you. If you’re in Nature (the best place to be), notice something that’s displaying order, harmony, and balance.
- Do a quick body scan: Notice anywhere in your body that feels tense. Notice it, then move on to the next place. Just notice and keep moving through your body. Don’t comment or ask why you’re feeling what you’re feeling. Let it be. Relax into your seat and the space.
