Systemic Constellation Methods

4.1 Introduction

As outlined in Chapter 3, in the notion of system theory, we cannot manage stakeholders, but we can try to design and manage project-stakeholder relationships. Despite the fact that many tools for stakeholder analysis exist, project managers and their teams seem to miss methods that help them to deal with the complexity of project-stakeholder landscapes. They need methods that allow them to concentrate on the in-between actors, the communications, and the relationships.
