Demonstration Case Study for the IT System Implementation Project
8.1 Introduction
In the following chapter, we describe the demonstration case study of a systemic constellation we performed on a stakeholder issue from the IT System Implementation project. We applied a systemic constellation with representatives from the company for analyzing a conflict relationship.
A more comprehensive description of the IT System Implementation project can be found in Chapter 5.
We first clarify the type of systemic constellation and the setting we applied for this demonstration case study. Then, we describe the constellation process and its results.
