How Do You Create a Great Risk Culture?
As someone who is trained as a scientist and then trained in finance, I am probably the last person who one would think of to write a chapter on organizational culture. My idea of the only time one should concern themselves with the human resources department is when they are handing you a specimen bottle for mandatory testing.
