No matter what our genetic predispositions, moral intuitions, or personality traits might be, all of us continue to build and shape our character, beliefs, and behaviors throughout our life journey. Just like all of us, the CEOs and leadership teams engaged in our study began that journey with a backpack full of the human provisions I’ve just named.
