How many times have you searched for information on a particular topic and found that some of the highest results returned are from blogs? Blogs offer a wealth of information, good and bad, but have become widely used in combination with websites as a key business and marketing tool. This chapter offers a general overview of blogs, the technology behind them, and why they are important digital marketing tools.
