Measuring Learning and Confidence

Learning is an important measure when evaluating meetings and events. Understanding how much learning has occurred is critical, particularly for meetings in which significant amounts of information, knowledge, and skills must be processed and put into action. In this case, measuring learning may be one of the greatest determinants of meeting success. This chapter focuses on simple, inexpensive techniques for learning measurement, often included with the reaction feedback.
