In chapters 4 through 7, we profile four US and offshore innovators that have employed one or more Indian principles to address a core problem facing US health care: cost, quality, or access. Each innovator solved its core problem and did so without compromising performance in other areas (see figure P2-1 and table P2-1). We see these organizations as role models for radically transforming US health care. Here is a preview.
