Even with a clear vision of where you want to be, it's not clear how you can get there. While what follows is not a definitive guide, it does capture the best emergent thinking in the space. The path forward is to have a starting point, some clear guidelines, and then experiment and refine. Practicing what we preach, you should join or create a work team composed of members of different communities who can contribute to the development of your approach, as well as provide a mechanism for new insights to be integrated and outcomes to be shared. The starting point needs to be a strategy that refocuses efforts to align with the new understanding of how we learn and how we work alone and together.
