I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When I think of the pioneers who were articulating the need to go beyond courses long before others caught on, two names immediately spring to mind. I thought it appropriate to have them bridge the gap between principle and practice, as they have played that role for the industry.
Both are articulate writers and engaging speakers, and have a keen ability to cut through the hype and get to the heart of an issue. They have served as role models through their work with societies such as the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). In addition to numerous other awards, both are eLearning Guild “Guild Masters.”
