To implement the shift in strategy, we need a very clear focus on performance in the moment and on development over time. For optimal execution, we want to address the barriers, needs, and opportunities. Ideally, we can curate resources and solutions rather than create. From there, if we determine that the solution is something that P&D needs to design, we will need effective learning or performance support design. For continual innovation, we need facilitation, focusing both on the individual and larger aggregations of work teams and communities.
