Sleep accounts for roughly one‐third of your life. Most people think that sleep provides only “rest” so that you can face the next day with more energy. This is true, but sleep does so much more for your brain. The most dramatic evidence to anyone who had a bad night sleep is that you are compromised at the very least during the activities the next day.
By nature, the quality of your sleep plays a significant part in your health and so the health of your brain.
