To find and keep good people – both internal and external – you will need to get inside the heads of your digital talent to know what they want. That's because top talent has a high bar in terms of what they're looking for from an employer – in effect, they're also interviewing you. You win the hiring game by offering what digital talent values, and creating a hiring and onboarding experience that puts them at the center.1

In a world where top talent evaluates you as much as you do them, companies need to develop a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that addresses what motivates top talent and is tailored to them.2
