Chapter 8. Oscillators

In our study of RF transceivers in Chapter 4, we noted the extensive use of oscillators in both the transmit and receive paths. Interestingly, in most systems, one input of every mixer is driven by a periodic signal, hence the need for oscillators. This chapter deals with the analysis and design of oscillators.
