Control Panels
Control panels are now called System Preferences. To access them, first open the System Preferences window, located in the Dock: click once on the icon in the Dock. Then click once on the various icons to get their individual preferences panes. See Chapter 22 for details. Below is a list of the most standard control panels in Mac OS 9 and where you can find comparable features.
