So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
In today’s world of technology digitization, automation is the need of the hour. Next Generation applications which do not depend upon human intervention are all about automation. Automation plays a crucial role in all areas where clearly defined or well-defined, mundane tasks are executed to achieve any meaningful objective. RPA establishes a set of processes for all mundane tasks depending upon the domain. It enables the user to configure or customize processes according to need. Automation will become the world’s most essential technology for all industries where the execution of repetitive tasks is needed. The revolution has already begun. RPA reduces the time, effort, and cost of doing any well-defined job. RPA offers multiple benefits over traditional methods used in businesses. In this paper, we explore various applications of RPA along with the issues and challenges involved. Email automation, web scraping, and weather forecasting are illustrated using UiPATH. IPA, RPA, RPA Security, and how RPA works in Blockchain are some upcoming trends.
