Notes about the Introduction
I am afraid much of our history is lost, for now. I started doing research for Chapter 1 with ten basic questions in mind. Most were never answered. As my research began, the scope of our history started to expand. Filled with dates and intersecting events that would lead to the present, I had well over 250 pages of notes to pull from. In Chapter 1, Introduction, when dates are left out, the event occurred during the previously mentioned year.
