A1: RTB is receiving route updates for 192.168.3.0/24 from RTD, but is not including the subnet in its updates to RTA. Something is allowing the reception of this route at RTB, but is not allowing advertisement of the route. A misconfigured route filter, perhaps?
A2: The answer is in Figure 6.40. RTC has been configured with router igrp 51, instead of with router igrp 15.
