Introduction
In Slovakia, cybersecurity has recently been correctly placed in the independent area of national security from its obscure subsystem of information security. With the adoption of a new concept, the perspectives on a clearly defined terms of cyber related issues need to occur. Moreover, there is no distinguishing cyberattacks from cyber incidents in any draft legislation.
