Introduction and overview of national cybersecurity strategy
Singapore set up a Cyber Security Agency (CSA) in 2015, as the national agency overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education, outreach, and ecosystem development. The CSA reports directly to the Prime Minister’s Office and is managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information. While the CSA oversees civilian cybersecurity issues, the C4 (Command, Control, Communications, Computer) Command in the Singapore Armed Forces’ (SAF) and Defence Cyber Organisation in the Ministry of Defence oversees military cyber issues.
