It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, we learned about the concept of configurability and its relation to testability. We configured an app using environment variables and some simple Unix tools. We then enhanced the example to address real-world concerns, such as validation of config files, namespacing of configurations, and safe reporting of loaded values.
