Designing the Implementation

In the previous chapter, we described how the first four steps of the implementation roadmap help form the ‘guiding coalition’—a powerful team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic people who can lead a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation. In this chapter, we will describe how to design the implementation with the next two steps:

  • Step 5: Identify value streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
