Brainstormers
The theme of this chapter is idea generation and sharing. People typically do not lack answers or ideas, they just lack the necessary platform to share them. These activities provide the creative spark that is often required to discover many of the solutions for various safety topics.
These activities are usually most successful when done with large groups and a facilitator who is skilled at asking open-ended questions. You will also want to have a mechanism for capturing the generated ideas from the group. These ideas can then become talking points to generate further group discussion.
