I count myself extremely fortunate to have met Alice Alessandri and Alberto Aleo a few years ago. They were visiting the United States, on a personal learning journey, reaching out to the authors of works in the field of values-driven leadership and business ethics, which had been helpful to them. They had already launched their innovative training and leadership development programs for sales and marketing professionals in Italy, and they were looking for ways to share their unique perspective on this often underestimated and even maligned career path.
