Creating the Second Template Page
At this point, you've successfully designed your first ColdFusion template and you might be tempted to hit the town and whoop it up with your computing buddies. If you do, keep it short because the more you retain from the previous sections, the easier it will be to create the second, or detail, page.
The detail page is the second part of the drill-down application. When a user clicks a link on your index page, he will see this second page showing the details of just one phone call. This page will contain all the fields shown on the index page, except that it will substitute the long_description field for the short_description field to give readers the full rundown on the tech-support call.
