Creating an Input Form to Insert Data

Returning to the Gargantuan Electronics project, you determine that an input interface will require two elements, a Web form to collect the data, and an insert page to perform the action of putting the information into the calls.mdb database.

You begin to mentally sketch out the design of the input form based on the fields in the client's "calls" table. The contents are shown in Figure 7.2.
