Understanding Error Messages Generated by Your Web Server
Believe it or not, your Web server will probably be the component that complains least when you're building and testing ColdFusion applications. This is because the ColdFusion installer checks your Web server for compatibility, permissions, and other necessary parameters during the ColdFusion install process. After ColdFusion Server is up and running, only a few things can go wrong where your Web server is concerned.
Host Not Found
However astute and careful a developer you are, sooner or later you'll come across the common error pictured in Figure 21.1.
