Testing Your Components

You will now add some functionality to the form in the Harness project to have it call the DLL that you have previously compiled. This will let you to step through this exe and then call your component. As that component is called, it will automatically step into the exe as well. This enables you to easily debug your components.

You will be testing the method to get the account balance as well as the Social Security number property procedures. First you want to add controls to your form. In the Project Group window, under forms for the Harness project, double-click the Test form. This will bring up an empty form. Follow Table 9.1 and add the following controls to the form:
