In Hour 5, the basic features of a Document Type Definition (DTD) were examined. This hour will expand on that topic.

The elements in a DTD can be qualified by associating additional data items with them. These data items are known as attributes, and there can be more than one per element. Therefore, they'll be referred to as attribute lists. This hour starts with a large exercise on the inclusion of attribute lists associated with the elements of a DTD.
