Setting Frame and Frameset Attributes
There are separate attributes for individual frames and the frameset that holds them together. Some of the attributes overlap (borders, for instance) so you must be careful what attributes you are setting and where you are setting them. You'll want to experiment with frameset designs that come with Dreamweaver to quickly try different attributes.
